How do I open an account with USG?
A:
1.To open a live trading account with USGFX please visit our website’s homepage, click on “Open Live Account” and simply follow the 3-step procedure. It should only take a few minutes to complete. 2. Verification of your account opening information In accordance to the law and regulations, USG must require you to provide the Following information: 1. Front and back copies of effective identity documents with photos, e.g., passport or driver’s licence. 2. Effective proof of address dated in the last 3 months, e.g., utility bills, etc. 3. Deposit Funds: USG offers clients 3 secured and convenient way to deposit: by credit card, by bank wire and by e-wallets.
Q:
How do I submit my documents for my new account?
A:
Once you finish opening an account with USG, you have your exclusive login account and password. Please go to USG website/ Account/ My account/ Client Area Login, enter your login account and password to login to your client area. Then go to My Account/ Upload Account Opening Documents to upload your documents for your new account.
Q:
What if all my utility bills are not in my name?
A:
You may send us a recent bank statement as your proof of address.

How do I deposit funds or withdraw funds?
A:
Deposit Funds: Please go to USG website/ homepage and click on “Deposit” or go to USG website/ Client Area Login/ Deposit / Deposit Register to register the amount of money you would like to deposit and the method of deposit and then submit it. Once we receive your request and confirm the deposit with the bank, we will transfer it into your MT4 account. (If you choose to wire funds, please go to a bank to transfer the funds and then scan your remittance receipt. When you go on USG website to register your deposit, please upload the remittance receipt to save working days of confirming with the bank.) Withdraw Funds: Please go to USG website/ Client Area Login/ Withdraw Funds to register withdrawal to fill in the related bank information and then submit it. Once we receive your request and confirm it, we will transfer the money for you.

May I open multiple accounts with USG?
A:
Yes, you may. You may go to USG website/ Resources/ Charts to download “application form for USG multiple accounts.”After you print out the form and fill it out, you need to sign it personally and then scan it to upload it at USG website/ Account/ Client Area Login/ Upload Account Opening Documents/ Other documents. Once USG receives it, USG will open the accounts as your require. After the accounts are opened, USG will inform you each login account and password for each account through emails. After you deposit funds to your accounts, USG will help us activate your MT4 accounts.

How do I know my account has been activated?
A:
Once your account application has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email which will list your account number, password, and instructions of logging into your account.

How many types of live accounts does USG offer?

Currently, USG offers 3 types of live accounts: Mini Account, Standard Account and Premium Account.

HOW DO I OPEN A DEMO ACCOUNT?
A:
Please go to USG homepage and click on “Demo Account” to open a demo account. The demo accounts are a great way for you to feel what live trading is like. We want potential customers to feel comfortable trading in forex market before taking risks and placing real money in an account. You may register a demo account to practice trading so you are able to have better trading experience in the future.

HOW LONG IS A DEMO ACCOUNT ACTIVE?

A demo account is good for 30 days, beginning the first day of sign-up. On the 30th day, your account will become inactive. If you require additional time before opening a live account, you may register for more than one demo account on our platform.

WHAT IS EXPERT ADVISOR?
A:
Expert Advisor is a scripting tool offered in the MetaTrader platform. The tool allows users to program and implement their own trading algorithms. A demo account does not support this function.

CAN PROFITS FROM A DEMO ACCOUNT BE COLLECTED?
A:
No. The demo account is only good for practicing trading using virtual funding. As this is only virtual play money, no profits or losses are awarded to customers.

Will you close my Live account if it has a zero account balance?
A:
No, we will not. You can have a functioning Live account with a zero account balance.

What is the difference between a demo account and a live account?
A:
The difference between a demo account and a live account is that with a demo account clients trade with virtual money, not real money. A demo account is a virtual online forex trading account, or a practice account, to practice trading strategies or to test the trading platform. The so-called “demo” means that the funds in the account are virtual. Apart from this, the currency quotes, charts, and analysis are similar to a live account. A demo account is free to open and it remains active for 30 days.

Are the quotes and spreads the same in a demo account and a live account?
A:
Quotes and spreads might differ in a live account and a demo account. This is because the dynamic effect in a real market is different from what it is like in a demo account. Therefore, quotes from banks might differ. Real prices are in accordance to quotes in a live account whereas trading in a demo account is simply for new users to practice. The quotes might be delayed.
Q:
My account is inactive for more than 6 months, I am not able to login to my MT4 account now.
A:
The MT4 trading history will be automatically archived after an account is inactive for more than 6 months. If you would like to re-activate your account or retrieve your trading history, please contact our 24hr live chat or write to our service desk at service@usgfx.com. We will re-activate your account in one business day.
